It took until nearly 1 pm to get our food after waiting and ordering. The line moved painstakingly slow!! It began at about 11:20 am on a Sunday. The food was good but the wait in an over an hour line which started outside was too long! It is not efficient how you order at the counter and then take a seat to wait for your food. It was a recommendation to me to eat there by someone in the hospitality industry, so it was a strong recommendation. It is a beautiful location in The Gulch area of Nashville. I think its neat that this restaurant had humble beginnings and is a thriving business but it could be run much more efficiently.
